   Exceptional Service from Darshii! I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Taking Shape, and I must say, Darshii is an absolute star! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and cooperative. She listened to what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect dresses, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchases. Darshii's expertise was invaluable, especially when it came to making the best use of my gift card. She helped me find beautiful pieces that fit my style and budget perfectly.    Came in with my son to get a dresser 2 for xmas. Shop assistant rude and really unhelpful. I would have bought 2 dresses. My son had picked out 2 handbags and some jewelry for me. WE walked out as she almost refused to deal with us. I am in my 70ish and dress fairly well. In fact the top I wore was from your store.. My son was dressed in Country road Jean's and linen shirt. Wont be back to that store. Went were we were treated really well and spent 600 $

   I’m used to dealing with Ulia who is so friendly and her customer service is exceptional! Unfortunately I was in the store today and the assistant -Olga was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful . No one in retail likes to do refunds but it is our job to deal with our customers in a helpful and friendly manner, this lady needs training!

   What a pleasure it was to experience great customer service and stock knowledge from Ulia when I visited this morning. I was extremely happy with her recommendations for tops and trousers, styles and colours and fitting. She is an absolute gem and would recommend a visit to the Newmarket branch for fabulous clothes and fabulous service.

   Went Monday 24.4.23 am, shocking terrible service, the women was chewing the entire time, which I consider rude. I asked for overall and had to explain what these were, then asked for relaxed fit jeans and was given tight fitting jeans. The assistant stayed behind the counter, the entire time I was in the changing rooms. I brought a scarf I could not get at home. I generally shop TS in PN and Otaki and always had top excellent service. This Auckland person could learn alot from the staff in PN and Otaki.
