   Quite expensive for smaller sized Mena and others is way better and bigger . I GIVE 0 fot the customer service very rude approach very unhelpful please if your selling expensive products be nice to your customers serving me via phone was rude agent was lazy checking tops arrived on site tried on they refer me to go online I was I rush never gave me second option pay at the store . They don't care about the clients ..approach unprofessional etc if you want money from us act I a professional manner ...

   I visited your store with the intention of buying a dress, and I’m familiar with your price range, I wouldn’t have come in if I wasn’t ready to purchase. When I walked in, I greeted the tall female staff member at the counter with black hair, but she didn’t respond. That’s okay, a greeting isn’t required, but it did set the tone for the rest of the visit. As I browsed for a dress I’d seen online, I noticed many of the designs were made from similar fabrics with no stretch. I asked the staff member about the fabric and how the sizing usually runs, since I’ve never worn any of your pieces before. I had expected the range to include more generous sizing, especially since your brand serves an island community where many women are plus-size. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem interested in helping and came across as disengaged. When I tried on a dress, I found that the fabric had no give and the sizing ran quite small. If someone normally wears a size 16, they’d likely need to size up at least two sizes. Considering the $250+ price point, I think there’s definitely room to improve the fabric choices, colors, patterns, and overall fit. I hope this feedback is helpful, because customers like myself really appreciate quality pieces that fit well and come with a positive in-store experience.

   Too expensive! Clothing line is beautiful but is it really worth the price which seems to increase dramatically this year. Online selection is very limited. You can message their sm accounts and depending who responds may or may not go out of their way to assist for in store selection. Packaging is cheap and I cringe every time I receive an order because for the price paid you’d expect something a bit fancy.

   Bought this beautiful dress for my sister plus their face masks (ordered online). The quality is very nice, love the designs and colours and it fits her perfectly. It’s a little bit different from the photo but still amazing. Only “downside” for me is the price otherwise i would already have bought all of their collections. Absolutely love Tav Pacific ❤️
