   I have purchased so many clothes from here which are always so comfortable and wash and really well. I have also purchased household items to use for our styling photography shoots for our florist business. The clothes fit well and are really comfortable. I even purchased a hat which is amazing. Thanks so much from Tennille Pedersen and the team from Devonport Flowers.

   I bought a pair of sneakers from Sills and Co - loved them so much that when I saw them on sale, I purchased a back up pair. A year later, I took them out of the box and started to wear the second pair only to discover I had been given two different size shoes! Obviously this was the retail assistant's error when she boxed them up and even with proof of purchase, they were most unhelpful. They would not accept responsibility. Yes, time had passed but the shoes are virtually new and unwearable. I first shopped at Caroline Sills in the 1980s - but never again.

   Nice clothing but the service/attitude in the Herne Bay store was very disappointing. Was ignored and they could barely be bothered to ring up my purchase as busy 'chatting'. Would have brought more cashmere but went elsewhere as not going to reward some bad customer service.
