   Received great customer service from the blonde woman behind the counter (sorry I didn't catch your name) who was warm, had a sunny disposition, polite and very efficient. She was professional as well as a great conversationalist. I entered the store and felt instantly welcomed and I left the shop amazed at her level of customer service so thought I would mention it here.

   I was looking for a disposable vape with no icey flavour, the lady that served me, apparently her name is rachel, told me the grape flavour of the brand had no ice taste, I bought it and trusted what she said, I opened it to find out that it is very icey which I can not have, I went back to return it explaining to the girl there what happened, they tried to tell me all disposable vapes have an ice flavour, which is not true and told me because I opened it they can’t return or exchange. I suggest the staff have more product knowledge and not lie to customers or at least say they are not sure! I would really still like a refund, I think shosha is better imo.

   Wide range of merchandise at fair prices. Helpful staff. Good operating hrs. Had a faulty lighter($25 lighter) & had it replaced the next day. It wasnt the same staff member so keep your receipt for a few days at least. Never had a fault with anything but the odd random lighter and though they check they're working when you purchase them they can start to develop a leaking valve, usually thats the only issue, its a random factory fault in my opinion because I have a small obsession with these lighters & have bought a lot & 99% of them are fine & stay fine, keep the receipt for a few days though, itll help you & they are happy to replace them with some proof of purchase. Very good store. Happy to recommend.

   I’m not sure how to replace coil, I was told that it was easy and to go on YouTube. I asked if they could show me, they couldn’t. If you don’t know what you’re doing then you could’ve let me know, the guy that tried damaged my vape. Bad experience.
