I had emailed Steve a wide range of photos of the existing oven to show the state of it however he insisted on a site inspection. Upon inspecting, He suggested not to repair it and replace it instead. The call out cost was $69 for an inspection (he did say it’s usually $110 but competitors call out are also $60). He was a little rude at the end but responsive and prompt with communication and visiting. I just felt that the photos sent could have avoided a site visit hence the rating.
Can't say enough good about Paul. Great service, communication and work. We required a new thermostat for our Smeg oven. He was the only person that was able to help me and not have to wait a week or first have a call out fee. Paul helped me the next day. Thanks for the great work and customer experience. Highly recommend to anyone needed stove work done in Auckland.
Highly recommended. I called Paul at 8.30am for repair the oven at our rental property. He contacted the tenant and job was done by 11.30am. So impressed.
