Initially had problems with the service and what was repaired and miscommunications, after a discussion with the team they corrected it and have been great to deal with, overall very happy with their service and will go back/ recommend for future Coffee machine repairs.
My old (very) kenwood cake mixer had stopped working after being in storage. C-jays quoted, repaired and couriered it back to me after I had someone drop it off. Their service and especially communication was outstanding.
These guys are fantastic. They took my DeLonghi machine in several times under warranty trying to find a solution to constant leaking. They finally organised a replacement from DeLonghi. They were very supportive and helpful.
Very impressed with initial service when Insinkerator was replaced just over a year ago. Wasn't cheap but good service & communication. Disappointed at amount charged to come out and check unit under warranty. I was warned there would be a charge if not the unit at fault - Turned out to be a faulty power socket. Expected standard callout charge for 20 minutes would be around $80 based on other applicance repairers and feel this amount would be reasonable and more than cover cost to send technician out but received a bill for $126.50 which I considered steep given distance to travel and time spent on site. Lesson learnt, Ascertaing charging rates before engaging as this definitely wasn't value for money and I am feeling ripped off. Have been offered extension of time to pay bill but that doesn't really help - Principle at stake here.
I had elements and thermostat replaced on my Delonghi oven. Great service from the guys answering the phone, and great fast service from the servicemen that came to my home. Highly recommended.
Great service, I explained an intermittent fault on my oven to them (after calling many other companies who where no help) and they recommended I get a Gas fitter in to replace the regulator which they where sure was at fault. They where right on the money. I did not spend a dime with them and still got outstanding service. Most of all they really knew there stuff. Will use them again in a heart beat.
