If you visit the Wellington waterfront harbor, you will find this beautiful park and kids playground. Totally free of charge. Kids can experience adventure and fun at the same time. “Spicer botanical park is a very peaceful and nature park with a big range of walkway and mountain bike track. Also is dog friendly with on leash, a stream run through the park. Carpark beside the park.”
