Known as "The helicopter playground". The playground is well equipped with swings, slides, climbing activities and a big bike track. There is a basketball half court in the corner. There are toilets located near the playground and a water fountain. Generally fairly sheltered from the wind and there is some shade offered by trees on the park edge.
A great park. Love the chopper. Also the cycle track is awesome so learning to ride. Will be going again
Been here for many years with my Tamariki . Finally a toilet and water fountain installed after many years also. Large bike,scooter track. Basketball hoop and play area.
Nice playground close to the airport. Toilet was blocked and nearly overflowing.
Nice playground with a good variety of activity choice. Highlights are the paved cycle track which surrounds a large grass area, a small off-road track and the 'seesaw swing'.
Good for taking the kids with a scooter and bike track. There are a variety of equipment to play on. Basketball board and bike repair set. The council is planning to install a toilet as well.
A neat place to bring children of all ages. Has upgraded equipment of different challenge levels PLUS a winding path encompassing and circling the larger grass area for use by anything on wheels. It still has a helicopter to climb on which my children enjoyed back I the day.
