“We were very impressed with the facilities at Te Aroha campground. We stayed in a campervan on a non powered site. Appreciated the oak trees and the shade they provided on a hot summers day. The pool was fantastic, amazing views out to the mountain. We appreciated the hot spring/mineral hot tub after climbing up mt Te Aroha. Cannot fault this place, if you are looking for great value, great facilities look no further.”

The child's pool has been great for her to build her confidence in the water and get a better understanding of how to react in certain environments. Have recently found Sunday's aren't the best for casual swims as they block the deeper half the child's swimming pool off for lessons. None the less, still a great place for learning.”

“I rate this mitre 10. Everytime I've been here I've left with what I need and some. Today I went in for some pots totaling $400 but they were discounted down to only $80. And the last time I went I was just getting some charcoal and they had $1000 umbrellas down to $250 because the box was damaged. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. And the bbq section is always well stocked.”
