“Can't delete a google review so I will update it. I had a problem from a while ago that I put in this review, the owner called me straight away to fix it. He obviously really cares about customer satisfaction and making sure all his customers are happy.”

“Karen has been our family pharmacist for decades and has consistently been excellent, but recently managed to out-do even her stellar baseline. Whilst arranging for an elderly family member to transition into residential care we had some issues getting the correct scripting sorted. Karen went out of her way to make sure that we had the correct medications arranged on short notice, despite several frustrating complications getting the correct scripts from the medical centre. She made a complicated and stressful situation much better. She is excellent at having and advising about the right over the counter medications as well as sourcing anything she doesn't have in stock. I have consistently been impressed with how quickly she can source non-standard medications and supplements. Her staff are also friendly and knowledgeable, and if you have left getting a gift too late there are always great options here too. Overall, if there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would as I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough.”

Even under the huge pressure the staff have been under with Covid, she stayed calm, really friendly and went that extra mile by offering extremely helpful advise with regards to the medication that we had been prescribed. “I visited Chemist Warehouse to buy some basic medicines and multivitamins, and I was amazed by how huge the store was. With so many aisles dedicated to different body parts and different types of medications, it felt a little overwhelming at first. But the moment I asked for help, one of the staff members guided me with complete patience and professionalism. He explained how to read the product sections clearly and even walked with me to find every item I needed. His assistance made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The staff here are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help without hesitation. Overall, a fantastic experience.”

“I like this pharmacy as it’s in the mall so it’s open until 9 on Thursdays which is super convenient. The staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores. Have collected most of my meds from this pharmacy and never had any issues and also receive text msg notifications that my script is ready for pick up. Nice work team!”
