Extremely disappointed in Woolf Photography’s May 2024 graduation pictures. They had two opportunities to take great pictures of my graduation, one when I got my degree and the other one off stage, and they managed to ruin both. What a shambles…. One of my colleagues took a few pics just before the ceremony and these are ten times better.
Photography By Woolf did both years of my pre school ball photos and they turned out incredible! The staff are so friendly. Overall a really positive experience
Had photos done twice always a great time. SUPER POSITIVE TIME. Photos come through quickly its great!!
After my queen scout presentation I found all my photos would cost $45 to download EACH. Will not be paying this price.
Wolf did my graduation photos, I wasn’t to impressed that their watermark was on my photo as it’s a personal achievement. I firstly wrote a bad review due to this, but they since contacted me and replaced them without the watermark and have taken my comments on board. Refreshing to see a company take some pride and understanding.
Can't delete a google review so I will update it. I had a problem from a while ago that I put in this review, the owner called me straight away to fix it. He obviously really cares about customer satisfaction and making sure all his customers are happy.
