I'm adding to this review because I was touched again by their super professionalism and friendliness. I went to their place late Friday afternoon urgently because of the alternator issue and told them that I would need to drive to Auckland Saturday. They figured out the issue instantly and tried very hard to source the parts for my car. I was so glad that the car was nicely fixed and I was able to drive to Auckland safely and happily Saturday morning. Thanks again, guys! “Took the car in for a minor issue and a wof. Ended up spending a fair bit to get the car up to WOF standard including fixing the horn I hadn't used since the last WOF. Got the car back after they said it was all fixed. Checked everything when I got home and horn didn't work. Contacted the team and they bent over backwards to get the issues resolved, ensure we weren't put out, and got everything sorted the next day. Great experience, good team, if you bring your car here they will look after you.”

“I was told by another repairer that my refrigerator required re-gassing. I rang Jeff to ask whether he does that service and said i will be around in an hour to have a look. He discovered that a recent repair done by another business had wired the fan in the wrong way. So it wasn't cooling the fridge and he corrected it and the fridge is like a new one. Great service Jeff!!”
