   Without saying, it goes that you know all your technical stuff and are very honest about what you may not know about a particular enquiry. My review is simply to acknowledge the warm and welcoming vibes at your work place, your sincerity and no pressure, or over sale. Just leaving my thanks and gratitude to a team that goes over and beyond for the customer while thoroughly enjoying what they do and being very humble and deeply respectful, and responsible people. Thank you. And your prices are way lower than your service level. You clearly enjoy what you do and interacting with your customers. A very grateful and happy Nissan driver.

   After finding my second puncture for this year, I headed off to jville to see if I could get it fixed. As I was walking back to my car after being turned away from three places, Alan came to my rescue. He told me he had been upstairs having a cup of tea and saw me park in their spot but headed to the other places first… (I was a little confused on which place!). I told him of my predicament, and not finding any luck on it being fixed, he took my tyre and told me they’d txt me when it was ready. Two hours later, as promised I received a txt and off I went where it had been repaired and placed back on the car within minutes of me driving in. I want to say a big thanks to Alan who saved a damsel in distress!!!

   Autostop are awesome!! I booked in a hurry to help me change my headlight as I couldn't get the cover off myself and they were able to have me come in on the same day. Receptionist was very friendly and the gentleman who helped me change the bulb (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) taught me how to take the cover off and also told me my air filter needed changing and showed me how to! He also polished my light covers and gave me info on what to buy to maintain it in the future. On top of all this, I was only charged for the part and not labour. It was my first time here and I will definitely be taking my car here for all its needs moving forward. What lovely service!

I’ve been taking both my vehicles here for WOFs, services, and all our mechanical needs for nearly 3 years now, and every experience has been absolutely fantastic.    I highly recommend this place! The short of it is that they are very friendly and easy to deal with. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced across all industries! If you have any hesitations to get in contact with them I recommend you just get in touch. I don't see myself dealing with any other place after my experiences here. Here are some detailed experiences if you care to read further: I first came to Autostop because I got a tyre puncture. I rolled in feeling very sorry for myself. Luckily, Tom greeted and was super friendly about everything. He said they can take a look at it if I was willing to wait. Within the half hour Tom fixed everything and I was back on the road again! I've come to Autostop since then for the regular servicing and WOF and it has been a positive experience every time. Over the years I have dealt with several people on the team. Josh at reception was really nice and friendly. In the last few years I have mainly interacted with Christine at reception and she is a star! She is so warm and friendly, so nice and so down-to-earth. She has amazing customer service and I love getting a call from her or dealing with her at the reception desk. They also keep you well informed about your job via text message. Another situation occurred when my car overheated one evening because of a coolant leak. I asked the tow truck to tow it to Autostop, despite the shop already being closed because it was so late in the night. I called Autostop the following morning and they were totally fine with me towing my car there and across the next few days proceeded to fix the issue with no fuss at all! Most recently, I visited Autostop because I noticed that my brakes were noisy. I met a member of the team named Stu who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem for me immediately. Unfortunately, Autostop was busy with jobs for nearly 2 weeks. He was very empathetic about my situation and gave me some recommendations for other shops in Johnsonville. He told me to come back to them if I didn't have any luck with another repair shop and he could at least give me a quote. I checked out the 4 other shops in Johnsonville and they were also unusually busy with jobs. When I went back to Stu at Autostop he felt very sorry for me that I was unable to find another shop to help me. I was happy to leave my car with Autostop for the next 2 weeks knowing how busy all the shops were in the area, but knowing Autostop was my regular repair shop. Over the next few days, Christine notified me that they would be able to get the job done within 2 days! When the job was done, Stu gave me a call and told me that he was able to work on the car and that he was able to find spare time in the day to have a look at it. He also expressed how he wanted to help me and that he felt bad for me and the situation I was in. I told him how grateful I was to him for not only turning the job around remarkably quickly but for helping me in the first place when I just didn't know what to do. I also wouldn't be surprised if Stu just stayed late to work on the car in his own time. I'm very grateful for the job Stu did and the way that he dealt with me throughout this whole situation. He definitely went the extra mile! I highly recommend Autostop to anyone! I really like dealing with this team. Every interaction I have had with them is gold. They feel genuine, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Their work has obviously left an impact on me to the point that I remember their names despite it being years since I've dealt with some team members. To the team at Autostop, thank you for all the work you do! It doesn't go unnoticed and I am super grateful to all of you! Great job!
