"Charged $55 for a tiny tire puncture! Ridiculously overpriced. Felt terribleβ€”I would never recommend this place!"

Since when did you charge full price for a puncture repair and not balance the wheel? I understand everything is getting expensive these days... But if you're going to do a job, do it properly.

Outstanding. Took my car in with no notice looking to bug a replacement. They fixed it instead, saving me money. The whole thing took just 20 minutes and the manager and staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Regularly take my car to these guys. They always do a great job. Never overcharge. Today I had a lovely surprise when my brakes were significantly cheaper than quoted and cheaper than the nearby service place price list on their website. If they don't have to replace something, they won't. They're not there to rip you off. Nice guys too. I've been to other places like Motor Doctor and had my brakes done and then it failed a WOF soon after. I prefer to get things done safely by people I trust.

Perhaps the worst experience @ Bridgestone store we ever visited. Here my longest ever review of a service, though not really keen to do this but maybe useful for others and auto shops improvement. Bought 4 tyres, and made a request to fix a jammed/locked car door (as they claimed it can be done outright after tyres replacements). Got a surprise when paying the bill. In addition to tyres package, the store charged a full service (basically for oil change and brake inspections) and one hour labour fees -to inspect the door. The mechanic explained didn't open the jammed door but gave an advice to replace a door's part- based on experience and boss advice. We felt ripped off not only because the jammed door unrepaired and had to pay 'inspection' cost but also paying much more than we usually pay for a regular service (and we didn't ask for this full service because we had a schedule to bring the car to our usual garage). We'd understand if told in advance about inspection cost but we're told the fix can be done right away when we came to book the tyre service a few days prior. Keep thinking positive even tough there're dirty oil spills under the car next morning after the service (see picture , never experience this before!). Until we got their quote to fix the door. It's about 2X more expensive than the quote from an official car dealer in Hutt (it's insane, maybe due to exxagerated hours estimate?). We had to.contact other garages because the mechanic seems to forget his promise to contact us back soon to fix the door - no contact until we phoned them a few days after the service. Unsurprisingly, all car stores we contacted gave much cheaper quotes (mostly because of 1- 1.5 labour hours estimate againts 4 labour hours this store quoted?). The story didn't end here. WOF check at VTNZ found a fault in one of the brakes. We didn't expect this finding as the car just had a full service that included brakes adjustments (written in the service report). I found tbh it's dangerous and reckless to have missed the brakes fault. Went back to verify and someone (look like the owner?) confirmed this fault and offered an explanation why this had been been missed during the service. He kindly offered to waive the fitting fees and promised to contact me after he got the part's price. Sadly, the same bad coms style. He never contacted us after several weeks, though we've phoned to ask again a week after the second visit. I had to delayed WOF re-check because keeping a bit of of hope/trust they will finish the job (Silly me!). They knew it's for WOF and could be dangerous not to replace it asap. WILL NOT recommend to friends and family or anyone who wish to have a professional l, high quality and reliable services with good coms for their car.

Great service, great staff. Fitted me in at late notice multiple times, even staying back 10/15 minutes so i could collect my car the same day. Fantastic pricing on stock. You get what you pay for, which is fantastic customer care
