Rang to ask about my CVT fluid change, as we have just moved and I was keen to support local mechanics. Asked for a basic quote (ballpark) so I could book in. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive, she wouldn't give me the most basic information. She said she would call back with a quote, safe to say I never received a call back.
Clive & the team were great! Very helpful and straight up! This was my first time using their services and I will be back for sure ! I felt that they went the extra mile for me with my car; my first stop for any car needs in the future!
Had a problem with my passenger airbag light displaying, I took in my car for a diagnosis and got charged 150$ No problem, they said I had to get a part ordered and that i t might take some time, After waiting a week I called and checked up to see if they had an update, the person answering the phone and who sits at the reception was very rude every time I interacted with them. After waiting for 3 more weeks I took it to another garage and it turns out it was just a loose wire, And paid the same amount as the diagnosis. Can not recommend this garage.
Have never changed mechanics ever since I’ve been to Clive. He’s is always honest and will do his very best to help. He will advise of best possible solutions/option to any issues with your vehicle.

I was incredibly lucky to have these guys help me out when my car broke down in a driveway down the road, it wouldn't even go into gear to push it off the road, they walked down with me to my car, got it started to move it out of the way and even got it back to the shop and repaired it all within 30 minutes, I was in a pickle and the team came and helped me out no questions asked! Had such a great experience will return there for any car needs and definitely recommend them to anyone ! Five Stars and a massive thank you to the team!
Great people who work there very friendly and pleasant customer service and Clive who runs the business does a great job will recommend them hands down he is very busy so you will have to book in.
First and last time customer. Clive was extremely friendly upon first impression. However, I have picked my car up unfixed after a second attempt of getting these problems fixed. The second attempt Miro auto services had my car for over a week with little to no communication. Extremely unhappy customer.
