Absolutely outrageous and rude service, we took our van one time and they said it smells bad and they can’t work on it but with no explanation. We went to another mechanic right after and they said everything is ok and there’s no smell.
Great local mechanics, really honest & open, organised with pre ordering parts & did the repairs really promptly.

I have been going to Brendon Motors KB for years now, I just got my starter motor done this time and excellent service as always, went above and beyond and even done extra with no charge, also recommended a few things I need done, always communicate before doing anything, also 2 of the boys even went out of there way on a Friday to help me. Highly recommend this place for any service :)

I had a fantastic experience with Brendon Motors in Kilbirnie today. I phoned them to get a new brake light and a brake pipe repaired, and they provided great service from promptly booking me in to finishing the job. They didn’t try and upsell me (which has always happened with other mechanics) and even fixed a couple of things for free. Not everyone knows about car issues so it’s great to find a place who looks out for people like me who can’t verify what is needed. I am happy to have found a local mechanic who provides quality service and I felt looked after as a client. Genuine nice guys, up front and knowledgeable - really impressed. Will be returning!
