   Went in for a consult on the state of my tyres. Advised they need to be replaced and clearly explained why. Offered discount on retail price and said they could do it today within a few hours. I said I needed the car back by 2.45 for school pickup and they delivered. Great service - did what they said they would at a good price.

   Went in to Tony’s Tyres Wellington for a wheel alignment and rotation and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were genuine, friendly people who clearly know their stuff. They offered great advice, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend the Wellington crew, great service, great chat, and them wheels is spinning fine!

   Have always been a customer and they have always been friendly and professional. Will always try to give you the best deal and inform you of any eminent price increases. The cost may be somewhat high but really a small price to pay for the safety for my family and I and for the other road users.

   Absolutely incompetent, dishonest, and unwilling to take accountability. Took my car in for an Express Plus Service and asked for 10W-30 semi-synthetic oil. They overfilled it by ¾ of a litre with the wrong oil, then lied about it. Five minutes after leaving, my check engine light came on. They dismissed it, gave false explanations multiple times, and left me with more issues than I started with. I had to take it to my own mechanic to fix their mess. Wouldn’t trust them, despite the positive reviews. Only plus was that they refunded me in the end.
