An exceptional experience. Went in with an overheating laptop, the staff assessed the issues and gave me the cost, and turn around time on the repair within a couple of minutes. In the end the Tech expert fixed my laptop in 2 hours (not the 1 to 2 Days as estimated as worst case scenario).
