Dam car wrapped out on motorway. This lot sussed out a towtruck and hauled my hunk a junk to their workshop. Fixed it up and I'm back on the road again. Big ups to this lot, highly recommend
Took the car in for a minor issue and a wof. Ended up spending a fair bit to get the car up to WOF standard including fixing the horn I hadn't used since the last WOF. Got the car back after they said it was all fixed. Checked everything when I got home and horn didn't work. Contacted the team and they bent over backwards to get the issues resolved, ensure we weren't put out, and got everything sorted the next day. Great experience, good team, if you bring your car here they will look after you.
I have done small repair with the tyre as the guy said me for $40 for parts and $80 labour charge but once they done it they have charged $120 for parts and labour so overall it was $214 instead of $120. So, guys be careful by doing service here. Not happy at all.
Really helpful, knowledgeable and communicative team at Trentham Mechanical! I had an anchor point installed, which turned out more of a mission than expected. They explained over the phone the issue and how they would resolve it in easy to understand terms. Great value for, in my opinion, a fairly low cost!
This seems to be the best way to initiate dialogue as I can’t seem to get a response via email. I am happy to write the whole story chapter and verse on GR if this is your preferred method of communication? It seems you’re better at responding to GR’s than emails. I can release it in a serial format just like Netflix. Here’s the pilot of the first season, I think it’ll be a top seller….. Once upon a time there was a poor lonely mechanic who wanted to become a shipping container magnate. Unfortunately the mechanics experience in the big bad world of building was somewhat limited. Regardless the mechanic ploughed into purchasing and positioning his shipping containers with little regard to some fundamental cornerstones of any type of construction, after all how hard can it be it’s not like they are working on cars or anything………..
