   Not recommended! They delivered unprofessional, low-quality work with no communication. The electrician never sealed the conduit during the original installation, and it remained filled with water for years until another company’s electrician discovered it. When we contacted JMAC to address their mistake, they charged more than double the original installation cost. The JMAC electrician who came to “fix” didn’t explain the work he is doing or any charges involved. Then they suddenly sent a $2,400 bill. Their workmanship and customer service are poor, and the charges are unreasonable. Another electrician quoted only a fraction for the same work and was shocked they charged me so much for fixing their own mistake.

   Professional, Polite, Friendly. Had a relatively small job - install an outside power point. Did the usual Google search, JMac were the only one that mentioned small jobs. Submitted online details of job - prompt call back and arranged for visit the next day. Adrian arrived early, went through the requirements with me and said he could do the job there and then. Very clean and tidy job, impressed Adrian had concrete drill with him to get through the stucco wall (hadn't told them about that). Will definitely use JMac for any future electrical work.

   Highly recommend. I had some work that needed to be done and found the booking system really easy. Great to be able to select a time that worked for me. I was contacted pre work being carried out to confirm what was being done and electrician arrived to job with everything that was needed. Work was carried out to a high standard and done quickly and efficiently. Place was left tidy. Thank you, won’t hesitate to use again.

   We found JMAC easily by searching Google after a fuse in our switchboard kept switching off (of course on a Sunday evening!). Jack came around to our house immediately and another electrician came the next day. It was a difficult job because we had a burnt out wire in the wall from an electrical Socket which was hidden behind a cupboard. We are so grateful for all the hard work they both put in to find and fix the problem. It was also a relief to get prompt service on a weekend. JMAC was the only business that offered this option. Then we also received a thank you package in the post from them which was a lovely surprise. Thank you JMAC you were awesome!

   Water cylinder issues repaired without fuss. Turned up as booked, sorted promptly. Professional presentation, and courteous follow-up. Invoice showed good value for money, very reasonable pricing (and quoted in advance by email). Will be using as a regular now.

   Have used JMAC a number of times and always please with their staff and their work. Luke was very courteous and always let me know what he is doing next and was willing to do another job which was not requested when I book. Also JMAC was able do the job earlier than previously arranged.
