   Absolutely awful bunch of time wasters! Pedro was shouting at me to fill in his form even though he already had the information from my insurer. You might be better off to head straight down to RS Panel and Paint who were awesome to deal with.

   I was recommend by my Insurer to take my car here (close to where I live) after being rear ended. The owner/staff was polite and accommodating at first in booking the job and that was about it! I was given a date one month later to bring in the car. The car was repaired only to find left side of bumper misaligned and reverts not pressed in properly and simply hanging, not holding the inner liner securely. The liner reverts were replaced then and their with whatever reverts they had and told to coe another day to get the bumper sorted. So then booked in a second time and had the left side sorted only to find now the right side of the bumber was misaligned. So then it was taken in a third time around to get it sorted. This time there was no call made to say the car is ready untill I called to ask for my car. When I got their the other owner/staff came out saying that they cannot keep fixing this and faulting the bumber had been hit many times before and its not straight. Well, you didnot say any such thing during the first fixing attempt, besides isn't this your bread and butter to panel beat? Anyway when I finally tried to talk to the other guy, he was not willing to talk and just walked away after handing the car. The friendlys were not so friendly at the end and all I can think is it was down to poor workmanship. I will rethink next time I have a panel job. Yeh Nah!
