   bought some chairs around 12 months ago. Around a month ago one of the chairs legs broke, Went into the shop and the manager told us to take a photo of it and send it to an Auckland email address. they did not want to know about it. over a month later still herd nothing. The service is horrible they sold it so this is up to them to sort this out. I think we will take this to the consumer dept.

   Had the most amazing experience in the Lower Hutt store this morning!! The customer service I received from Caleb was next to none! Caleb was a joy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. This was the best customer service I have had in a long,long time! Thank you Caleb. If I had my own business I would try to poach him!!!!!

   On Saturday I went to pick up a click and collect as my email said all my items were ready to collect and even had a to sent me a reminder email because I forgot got it was 12 days ago that i placed my order. I get there and the young girl took 20mins trying to find my order but only came back with the 2 items and said she couldn’t find the others so I ask her to refund my payment back the way it was paid. It’s now Monday and rang the online number this morning at 10:46am and explain that my refund hasn’t been done and the lady apologise and said she will process this and I ring again it’s now 12:32pm and let them know again my refund hasn’t been done and finger X it gets done this time. A customer shouldn’t have to chase staff to do their job. Bro never shopping there again the place is a shambles..

   For 2 days in a row they advertised a product and when questioned at the counter the cashier said sorry we ran out yesterday . I said than take the big sale promotion off the particular product . She said sorry we don't do that ...so basically advertise for the product at low prices regardless and than let the customer buy something else lol not good

   Every time I have been in the staff are lovely they always say hello and make me feel welcome. The store is always tidy as well and it’s easy to find what you want. The last two times I have been I was served by the loveliest human with the best nails. I’m sure any managers who see this will know who I’m referring to. They have the best attitude and they are super helpful and I always leave with the smile on my face. Thank you BB&B Lower Hutt

   The manager here is rude and has poor behaviour. When I asked her a question she was harsh and then outright ignored me afterwards. 1/5 stars; be better to your customers.

   I went in to get a vase for my plants, the cashier women was unbelievably rude when I was inquiring price of displayed product as the discount rate was not indicated and I saw poster saying 30-60% sale all products storewide when I walked in. She POINTED at the price sticker with her finger so I had to ask her again the discounted price, then she checked and was indeed half price of what she has pointed on. Then she didn't offer me a bag, which she did to a customer right before me. I've asked for some papers to wrap my vase she said they don't have any. Very disgusting customer service, woman you need to learn how to serve, and drop out your nasty racism.
