   A shame to have to give only 3 stars. 1 star for getting 90% done by agreed timeframe before Christmas. The other star for the install guys being lovely. And one for the design phase. The rest of the experience has been stressful. I undertsand people had urgent operations and you fired a joiner but that is no excuse for providing bad customer service for customers who have already paid $45k to you. Not offered choice of LED only to realise we wanted 3k not 4k so they charged an extra $280 to change them because of frieght. I doubt freight cost that much but had to pay or we'd have ones we didn't like. Designer said they don't offer 3k as "noone uses 3k". I find this highly arrogant and you should discuss this with customers. Weren't told we needed electrican to hardwire them. Had alreday had plug sockets installed for them only to find they weren't plug in type. They refuse to take responsibility so we paid extra for the electician to attach plugs. After all that parts were missing so they had to be taped up til the new year. Had to source my own bench supplier as Bramco couldn't supply one at the last minute and Alison basically told me too bad not our problem then called MY supplier behind my back and took over after I asked for the bench they couldn't supply to be refunded. They supplied the wrong drawer inserts and 2 months later still haven't supplied them and after using the kitchen realise we can do without them so have asked for a refund and after 2 requests am now being ignored. The recess for the LED strips are too deep and the glue didn't even touch the recess so they could be pulled out. The installer came back and put so much glue in its oozed out the side. And the other guy has scratched a handle with his screwdriver. I'm done with complaining so give up and have to live with those issues it seems. No quality control either, had to do it all myself. Seems their staffing issues are affecting them to customers detriment. Never let the customer service ball drop. I have already told a friend not to use you after I said to as the design phase was great.

   Would give zero out of 5 if it was an option. Worst customer service. Zero compassion, empathy or respect. Would advise not paying invoice in full until job is completed and as a customer you’re satisfied

   We got a new kitchen installed by Bastian in February and absolutely love it. The level of service, help and advice we received was excellent from start to finish. Eoin went out of his way to help and even delayed for us as it was getting too close to Christmas. Nothing was too much trouble. The installers were very particular and when I damaged a cupboard they came and replaced it for it for me. I highly recommend Bastian

   We recently had our entire house fitted for new wardrobe solutions by Bastion. Our entire wardrobe experience from 1st contact to installation was faultless! Couldn’t be improved. The follow up contacts, whether email, txt or phone calls at every stage was great. Your people arrived on time and did what was required at every stage. I really appreciate there being 3 installers to put in the wardrobes as well, to make sure it was knocked out in a day. After many years of being involved in the building industry, I am used to being underwhelmed with my contact and results from many sub-contractors. So, it is always a pleasure do deal with a company that does what they say they will and delivers exactly on time and price. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using your company again, and yes, we are thrilled with the results your team has achieved.

   Have had Sean and his team make and install sliding mirror wardrobe doors for two of my bedrooms on separate occasions. As a die-hard DIY'er I don't often get tradesmen in and even more rarely would I give them this recommendation. Service was prompt and the finish to a high standard. You wouldn't have known they had been there. Have also spoken to colleagues who coincidentally used Bastian's services and they echo the same sentiment.
