We bought some bar stools from Zuca. One of these was damaged in transit, but Anthony at Zuca put it right. He sent us a replacement stool straight away, and was great to deal with. The stools look great too. Thanks for the great product and exemplary customer service!

We still have not received our coffee table (due for delivery on the 16th of December) due to the ineptitude of PBT Transport who Zuca has decided to use to fulfill delivery orders. This is despite requesting re-delivery twice and waiting at home two whole days for no one to show up. I will happily change my rating whenever we finally see the coffee table (which, as I had expressly stated to the transport company, we are leaving the country for a month tomorrow) I do not think that will be anytime soon. Absolutely not worth the time and stress.
