I had a chicken eskender. It wasn’t the best in Lower Hutt. The portion for a 20 buck rice n chicken wasn’t good enough. However, I can see that the wrap was big for 15 dollar. The quality was good but taste not so good. Thanks
Had an excellent falafel kebab for lunch today. The space is clean and pleasant to be in. The staff are kind and offer great hospitality. I got the Falafel Kebab with mild chilli, tahini, and beetroot sauces. It was a super tasty combination! I was thrilled. Their beetroot sauce is not too strong and gave the kebab a great vege salad feel despite the salad being very simple — carrot, cabbage, and onion if you want it. The falafel was golden and crispy on the outside and golden, fairly smooth and soft on the inside. A unique falafel that I thoroughly enjoyed!
Would not recommend. I got a lamb Iskender and it was made with the cheapest tasting sauces. It was all just piled into a box and covered in sauce. For $18 it’s expensive for what it was. Super disappointing will definitely make the trip to Kilim in Petone next time.
Best Kebab shop ever! Kebabs are always good, always tasty and great conversation everytime with my dear friends! Well worth the drive to the Hutt to get one of their Kebabs. See you soon brother!
