“As the name says, it's truly an ltalian delicacy. We ordered Pollo chicken pizza , beef cutlet andTiramisu. Pizza's crust was soft and chicken was juicy. The flavour and herb combination was just awesome. Triamisu was really moist and the coffee liquor was so precise to the point which was prefect. Looking forward to order more....”

Charlotte was extremely helpful assisting me to understand the options and choose the best option for me... and then, (because of circumstances out of my control), I had to cancel it the day before. Then, again with short (2 days) notice, I organised a second pick up date... and again they accommodated me. They were not only professional but empathetic and kind during a very difficult time. “Frequent visitors to this store because of how well catered it is for kids. Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. “Just had the best service (and yummy meal, as always). There was a small error in the kitchen with my GF pizza, and it had to be remade. They were so apologetic, and even gave me a free dessert! I was more than happy to wait, and didn't expect anything free, but was so touched by the offer and incredibly impressed by the service. We will definitely be back! I was also very impressed at how careful they were with cross contamination. Would recommend for anyone with allergies, particularly GF, they take them seriously!!”

The previous visit was not as good - not enough place settings, even after asking; we had water glasses but no water, until we asked for it; and we seemed to be a blind spot for the waiter. So either that waiter improved or it depends on how busy it is.”

This was a new part of the business for me to learn and I ask at least 5 new questions every day that are always answered quickly by her. Most of what I have learnt has come from Ayla. You are dedicated to our companies vision and regularly go over and above to make our business run as smooth as possible. A recent example is about the number of imports we have had over the past two months where you proactively provided updates and requested LFD extensions where necessary. “Just home from a family dinner at top jade restaurant. Havent been 4 years n years. It was delicious. Mum had pre-selected from menu on line and then ordered when we got there.food was excellent. Hot,fresh and paced out well . Restaurant busy and we were very curious about the different dishes ordered by other tables too. All very exciting Thanks top jade for a lovly meal....we wil be back.”
