   Deserves even more than a five star review. I cannot speak highly enough of the generous service and good food at Pandan Asian. We were needing an unplanned meal in the midst of a family event. So about 15 of us went here without a booking for a quick lunch. Despite real pressure on staff availabiility, they came through with friendly speedy service, yummy foods and just such a good experience in the midst of a big day for us. Hutt City is super lucky to have this business here.

   The only criticism I have is for myself - why have I not been here until now?! The best service and food we’ve had in a really long time. We were a group of 10 and every one of us loved our meals - the portions were generous and the flavours were fresh and delicious! Thanks so much Pandan team, we’ll be back soon ☺️

   The food here was amazing. I had the clay pot fish curry and as soon as I tasted the sauce it was like fireworks had gone off. The combination of flavours was amazing, the spice was at the perfect level for me at medium, I like a bit of spice. After this first taste of the sauce I tried the fish, the fish was so tender it was perfect. The service from Teven, I am sorry if I have spelt the name wrong, was top notch too, great place to eat.

   The service here was the best I've received in a long, long time, and the best service I've ever received at such a reasonably priced eatery. Food was wonderful too. Chose my dish based on the recommendation of our server and was not disappointed. Photo of my bubbling fish claypot below. Wonderful. Wish I lived closer so I could come here regularly!

   We’ve dined in & have done take aways from this place on different occasions and both experiences were wonderful. Staff are always pleasant and welcoming! Food tastes amazing too! They accepted our special request for Nasi Lemak for a dinner order even though it’s a lunch menu item. Would definitely return again and highly recommended!

   Used to be family favourite but today was exact opposite. Average food and worst service. People sitting next to us who came very late were served before us. Probably they forgot about our order but nobody informed about the delay or said truth when we enquired. Who waits for more than hour for food at a restaurant? Don't think so we are ever coming back.

   Went to eat here for my 18th birthday last tuesday, and i highly reccomend!!!! My parents were enfatuated at how good it was and now they're planning days to go get dinner here again. Dad had the Beef Rendeng and scoffed it so fast i blinked and it was gone. Mum had goat curry and dad had half of it because it was so good. I had mango chicken and very yummy!!!! The Spring rolls, curry puffs and Murtabak were so good I could barely finish anything I ate so much. 100/10 Thank you everyone!!! Had a lovely birthday and wil be coming back very soon ofc :))))

   We stumbled upon Pandan on Friday night. What a delight ...authentic flavours and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Ordered clay pot fish curry , Mee Hoon Goreng Chicken chops and Egg Chanai. Mouthwatering aromatic dishes cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced and good quantity. Will be going back to try their famous Ikan bakar. Highly recommended.
