   The pizza quality was the same as any other HELL Pizza, but the service was disappointing as hell! I went with my kids to dine in and asked if they had a bathroom. The staff member said they didn’t and told us to use Burger King across the road. While waiting for our pizza, we went there in the rain to use the bathroom. When I came back, I saw that there is a bathroom on site and other customers were using it. It wasn’t signed, but if customers are allowed to use it, why send a family with young kids across the road? It felt very frustrating and unfair, as if the staff member chose not to let us use it for no clear reason.

   Just had the best service (and yummy meal, as always). There was a small error in the kitchen with my GF pizza, and it had to be remade. They were so apologetic, and even gave me a free dessert! I was more than happy to wait, and didn't expect anything free, but was so touched by the offer and incredibly impressed by the service. We will definitely be back! I was also very impressed at how careful they were with cross contamination. Would recommend for anyone with allergies, particularly GF, they take them seriously!!

   Took an extra 20 minutes to be ready than what the estimated pick up time was because they had forgotten to make part of my order when i went to collect it. When i did collect the order was wrong as I ordered a pizza without cheese and i also put a note saying please no cheese on pizza, however they put cheese on the pizza anyway and put a dairy free sticker on it despite it not being dairy free. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for a new one :(
