The lady on the phone was super nice, PBT courier is not one I would recommend, my favourite is fastways, or nzpost, One thing that annoys me with all companies is their tracking, it’s either in their van to be delivered or it has been delivered, no estimated time to plan to be home to sign, and everyone is at work between 9-6 worse time to deliver,”
