“Lewis C at the queensgate store today was friendly and awesome!! (Name taken from my receipt) My family and I went in at a super hectic time and were all good to wait a while for assistance as everyone was busy with customers. Managing a retail store myself, I know it can be hard to get to everyone when the customers out number the staff in a big way-but Lewis made sure everyone around him was being looked after and constantly checked in on us, as well as keeping us in the loop if he was going to be a couple mins longer than normal getting my son his shoes or checking sizes on the computer as he had 2-3 customers to look after at the same time as us. We would have been totally understanding if he hadn’t said anything along those lines as we could see he was busy, but it really stood out to us that he took something like that into consideration and he built really great rapport with my 9 year old. I haven’t had customer service like his in a really long time and If my store wasn’t a space that only hires female staff, I would have 100% approached him for my own store haha!”

“Been walking past this place for years so I'd decide to check this place out for dinner had a couple of tacos with beef cheese lettuce and garlic sauce and everything mixed together the flavor was enhanced and it was very yummy. Customer service the person there was very polite respectful and welcoming and prepped my food with a lot of care five stars for service and the food. the place was clean and tidy and will definitely be checking out this place again.”

“Just contacted these guys and had outstanding service! I sent my brother his drums and a tv (about 1 cubic meter) and showed up with it jammed in my car. they helped me get it out put it on a pallet and all the while joked along with me and and were very kind and polite. Gave me a very competitive price and said no to bother about the coins that i would have had to go and fish out the car. Cant commend them enough - if you need to send something use these guys”

“So many bad reviews on here, no need to be negative, so I’m giving 5star, even though the courier couldn’t find my address and took 4days to get it redelivered. The lady on the phone was super nice, PBT courier is not one I would recommend, my favourite is fastways, or nzpost, One thing that annoys me with all companies is their tracking, it’s either in their van to be delivered or it has been delivered, no estimated time to plan to be home to sign, and everyone is at work between 9-6 worse time to deliver,”
