Best Hells pizza in the hutt, quality is consistently high and I'm never disappointed. Got the vegan burger pizza, best vegan pizza around.
Absolutely appalling. Never ordering from Hell Pizza Petone again and we have been customers for years and years. We ordered at 7.23pm which, would be delivered just after 8pm. The order which arrived was wrong and meant for a different address. The driver said he would speak to the manager and get it sorted. 10.00pm and seven phone calls later we’ve still had no pizza and told it was re delivered to a second wrong address at 9.45pm. No manager available to speak to apparently. So thoroughly annoyed right now.
Got the burger pizza was nice the waffles advertised with bacon had barely any on them but was still ok and dessert pizza ok and usually that's my absolute favorite! Staff were super friendly though!
Missing main ingredients for 2 of the 3 pizzas we ordered. Brimstone - missing avocado Custom - missing main protein and way too much BBQ sauce. Annoying as we do enjoy Hell's Pizza usually!
Over multiple orders, every time a thin stretched pizza is ordered, toppings end up on the lid (see photo for latest example). As a company who place themselves as a premium product, why do the likes of Dominos and Pizza Hut not have this issue? Well, they simply place a paper ketchup cup in the centre of the pizza, ensuring they don’t have this issue for the sake of a few cents. With their prices increasing, and the quality slowly but surely dwindling, I’ve made my last order from Hell. As a customer since the late 90s, it’s been emotional.

If you have dietary restrictions please do not order delivery, make sure to order in store! Got dairy free mozzerella only for pizza to arrive in a box that said “this pizza contains dairy” on the front. No indication they had used dairy free cheese. Had to give it to my family, and since I used doordash of course I could only get a few dollars refunded. Careless
HELLS Petone supplied pizzas for 16 people for my birthday party. Delivered on time, all were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Really appreciate the service and quality.

The WORST pizza I have had. It taste like tomato paste and a base. Barely any toppings, barely any cheese etc. You expect to get more for your money when you’re spending this much on pizza!! Surely its not hard to make it the way its suppose to be?? Extremely disappointed.
