    Transworld made our international move from the US to New Zealand smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly easy. From the start, their service rep stood out by being friendly, professional, and even offering free advice about New Zealand Customs, something no other company did. Throughout the process, the team was quick to answer questions, knowledgeable about import rules and fees, and always respectful and reassuring. We felt completely taken care of. On delivery day, the moving crew was amazing! Efficient, careful, and friendly. They even assembled our furniture without being asked and left everything spotless. If you need international movers, I can’t recommend Transworld enough. They turned what could have been stressful into a five-star experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would move again!

    My experience with Transworld was excellent from start to finish. From first contact with the ladies in the office, who were friendly and more than happy to answer many questions from someone doing an international removal for the first time to the great team who delivered my personal effects at the end of the process, they were very professional. A big thank you to everyone who I have dealt with during this process. I would definitely use Transworld again and highly recommend them to others seeking a professional, friendly company for removal services.

    I would definitely recommend this proffessional business. I booked a pick up of some special family items left to me, with very short notice (3days). Charlotte was extremely helpful assisting me to understand the options and choose the best option for me... and then, (because of circumstances out of my control), I had to cancel it the day before. Then, again with short (2 days) notice, I organised a second pick up date... and again they accommodated me. They were not only professional but empathetic and kind during a very difficult time.     Transworld international removals were absolutely wonderful, looking after my belongings from start to finish; Sydney to Wellington then delivered safely and carefully to my home.     Still waiting for my stuff to arrive... had to chase up... still delayed, do not believe any time frame they give you as its an "estimate" only... most of positive reviews do not look like genuine and do not match any of my experience... been paying and since then waiting for an update, started chasing after no news for 3 months and latest update is that it will be delayed by another month, just out of the blue after it was delayed already last month... So far we went from 3 month max to 5 months provided its not delayed again... oh and its only a few boxes

    We moved from Sydney, Australia, to Wellington. Transworld were excellent, keeping us up to date on the arrival times and process through customs. They had a problem with a truck on delivery day, but quickly put plan B into place and we had all of 154 boxes delivered on the day as planned. They also came back 3 weeks later and picked up all the flattened boxes and packing material. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

    Note that most positive reviews mention John who left the company in December 2022. Samantha who is now there is just useless - non communicative, often has no idea about the removals business as that's not her background - even the packing team told me how useless she was at being the office and removals manager. I constantly had to chase up our move even to the day before packing started to check they were coming as I had no confirmation. After a week or so of packing our house and holding our stuff in their unit she announced the shipping rates had gone up by about a third and we'd have to pay much more to ship our goods to the UK. She said they'd known this since 2 months prior - but on no occasion were we told before packing! We could have reduced the volume of goods by only taking sentimental items and selling basic household goods. On the end to afford it we had to leave behind our car as they said we couldn't get back in to their unit to unpack our own goods to reduce the quantity! So they basically held us hostage for our own effects and nearly bankrupt us totally unnecessarily. There is a lot to be said for good customer service and communication and this company fails on every front. Do not be fooled by good reviews in past - that manager John is no longer with this company and you will not get that same service!! Avoid like the plague.

    My son and his family recently relocated to Perth and I was tasked with shipping their belongings. We got a number of quotes, but what had set Transworld apart and our primary choice of shipping company, was their absolute professionalism and great service. We have subsequently referred two other friend couples of ours to Transworld and they are very pleased with their service and have used them as well. Great communication, price, friendly staff, and overall a quality experience. I highly recommend Transworld, We had the pleasure of dealing with Graham and Sam. Excellent performance. Well done team.

    Transworld moved us from Auckland to Christchurch in Dec 2021. Their quote was about $1k less than the competition and their reviews were good so we decided to use their service. Never again, and I would not recommend them. On the day of removal the container truck was delayed and they rang to say they couldn't move us until the following day which I approved. The next day a truck arrived. I wrongly assumed the container would arrive, be loaded at our home and then unloaded at the destination. Instead, our furniture was loaded onto the truck in Auckland, out of the truck into a container at their depot, shipped to Christchurch and then loaded from the container onto two trucks for delivery to our new home. While the truck was professionally loaded in Auckland under our supervision, our furniture arrived with significant damage to several items including legs completely broken off a coffee table, a side table, an outdoor bench seat, the fridge was dented and scratched, our oak dining table was scratched, had compression marks at one end, water damage and a corner chipped off. A brand new bed head was cracked and several items of furniture had their edges chipped. All furniture was supposed to be blanket wrapped moved with professional care but its clear that insufficient care was taken when the furniture was repacked in several occasions. Items that we packed in boxes arrived safe and sound as far as we can tell, though many boxes no longer had numbering stickers on them as they had been manhandled so many times. I was prepared to repair most of the items myself but asked Transworld to arrange for repair of the dining table and transport it to and from the repair shop. They refused to provide any assistance other than a measly $350 compensation. The pictures tell the story better than words...
