“Food here is great. Huge portions and good prices. Theres always sport on and if youre look8ng for something specific if you ask the guys they will turn it on for you (assuming its available) theres also a separate area if youve got a group and the barstaff are pretty cool.”

“I stay here frequently…. So why? The single room is perfect… a classic, traditional pub hotel room. No pretending, spotlessly clean, well appointed will all the quintessentials. This property represents absolute excellent value. Furthermore, these marvellous old pubs are a what cities were once about. “Had the venue for a private function. The staff were so helpful and the food was so tasty with so many options between beef, vegetarian and seafood. Also we had very delicious mini donuts for the dessert beside other options which I didn’t try.”

“The Sunday night roast smorgasbord is a great value quality meal in a bright open plan venue. The food delivery is fast and easy to access with large numbers of customers present. Many in our group had seconds, so plenty of quality cuts of meat including roast beef, fish and pork roast were available. The deserts were excellent as was the service. We will back for our next large party event.”

The food was delicious with really generous portions, and everyone commented on how consistent it was given the size of our group. “Perfect location and size for my son's 21st. They already have lights, screen, mic, Ipad for music (or DJ booth) set up - too easy. You can bring in your own food or pre-order bar snacks from Dakota downstairs. Amazing staff, especially George who took care of everything on the night, nothing was too much trouble. I hired The Powwow Room (and mirrorme photo booth) through The Wellington Entertainment Group. Nik and Zak were extremely helpful and communicative in the weeks leading up to the party. Would recommend.”

“This place is AWESOME. The food was outstanding, and beautifully cooked. The only let down is the photos on the menu doesnt do there food justice. They paid for a professional shoot but what they got looks like a 5 year old took the pics. If the photographer is reading this feedback...do the right thing and set it right oh yeah and give yourself 10000000 upper cuts. Staff were awesome as well. Well done team, ill definately will be coming back for sure.”

“This restaurant have an all you can eat concept, but you have to pay in advance before you can eat. Take whatever you want and you have to scale the pot on the cashier. You can choose the spiciness levels. As an ✨certified Asian✨, I choose very hot. After that, the staffs will cook your choice. Once it's done, the staff will bring your food the the table. Bowl was very big! Yeah, it was delicious and satisfying!”

“My friends and i really enjoy this bar/restaurant. The team behind the counter are really friendly. Prices are reasonable the song choices are superb it gives the place a sort of retro vibe which I like very much. Highly recommend you check this place out for yourself.. 5 stars”
