   There was no line when we lined up so me and a friend were right next to the bouncer waiting ready to show our IDs. They let the girls including my friend in, but in that time, a group of people lined up and the bouncer wouldn't let me in and made me go back of line even tho I explained to them my friend, she is alone up there. Led to so much stress couldn't find my friend for a while. This club is always full of shady men so I was more worried

   Hosted my milestone birthday!!! Amazing venue. The staff were very helpful.. Charlotte was great at offering her advise every step of the way and Cassidy and the staff provided an amazing service. Really great venue for a 50-70 people party (cool vibes, not too formal)

   Rude staff, came out to sober-drive a friend. I was denied 2 drinks (ONE was alcoholic for my friend who was saving our table) because they need to “see the other person”. I KINDA understand that, however all the staff were rude and judgemental for no reason. Disgusting behaviour from all the workers- DO NOT COME HERE unless you wanna be judged and ridiculed by the staff. So disappointing compared to what Sassys used to be. Get better staff - they suck at pouring drinks and being nice to their customers. Also if someone wants 2 drinks - give them the blarddy two drinks!

   Had the venue for a private function. The staff were so helpful and the food was so tasty with so many options between beef, vegetarian and seafood. Also we had very delicious mini donuts for the dessert beside other options which I didn’t try.

   I was out to dance with my friends.. and were at sassys. The bar staff were really nice and we bought a lot of drinks. We went outside for 20 mins. When we returned to the door the bodyguard looked me in the eye and gestured upstairs so I thought he recognised us from 20 mins ago and we were good to go. I started walking up the stairs, turned around to check that my mates were with me. Then I realised they were still at the door so I start coming back down the stairs. The other bodyguard starts swearing at me, grabs my arm and pulls me down the stairs, flings me then pushes/hits me two more times really violently. I was obviously compliant when I realised my mistake, I was not resisting and was already coming down the stairs. I start apologising, but the guy continues to be really rude, swearing at me. He is obviously not letting me in after this so I say to my friends I’ll go home or to another bar and they can still go in. He then says that none of us are allowed in. It was really frustrating because even though I obviously misread the situation, he didn’t have to rough handle me. I wasn’t about to sneak in and ditch my friends. I genuinely thought the doorman had let us through. I was polite, apologetic, compliant, and feel physically violated after this incident. Won’t be coming back.

   The atmosphere at Sassys was amazing and really added to our spontaneous Thursday evening:) Special thanks to the dj for playing one of my friends song requests and the bartender Luke for being so kind and making amazing drinks! Will definitely be back!!
