Concrete floors and decor designed not to dampen sound makes it a very noisy place at peak trading hours and I expect in quieter tiimes as well. Couldn't fault the service but the food was average to poor across all the dishes brought to the table. It should be a great local venue for food and drinks, but owners and management need a good hard look at their operation. I had nearly 40 years experience in the hotel/bar/restaurant industry so I figure I know a great venue and unfortunately this is not in that category.

We regularly come here with the kids, extended family and friends! We love the outdoor but undercover section. Itβs warm even on a cold day! We so appreciate the kids area and try to book a table near it! The staff are always friendly, quick and efficient! We have several food allergies with the kiddos and itβs never been a problem here! Kids love it! The only negative is that there is not a dairy free option for kids dessert eg only soft serve. Would be fabulous to have another option even ice blocks.

Returned to The Borough on Friday evening (07 Nov - 2025). My wife had the chicken schnitzel with mash and coleslaw, and I had the caesar salad with chicken. We also ordered the pork bites, some squid rings and chips. The kai was on, chicken schnitzel was the bomb (could've done with a little more gravy), caesar was mean, crunchy, fresh, and easy to eat. Pork bites always deliver, and squid rings were mean. If you get a chance, head to The Boroughs, it's a mean kai and the atmosphere is always awesome.

The food was amazing! The dishes were bigger than we thought and had to take some away. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun while eating lunch! Our server, Emmars, was lovely, friendly and gave great service :) would come here again!

Steak was great. The crispy pork belly dish tasted good but wasn't crispy. However, enjoyed the atmosphere with the family outing. We were served by Lily E. Service was excellent. Will come back again.

The only thing better than our woap burgers was our server. She was outstanding. I'm not a fan of sour beer but she reeled off a couple of hazy alternatives and she was spot on. The extra little pot of cheese sauce for dipping the tortilla chips in.. Genius.

Customer Service is the heart to a good dinning experience. Unfortunately the level of service was below parr. Beverages - ordered but then forgotten. Only rectified when asked "are you ready to order from the food menu" our response was "where are our drinks. We asked for coffee but we're told the machine was blocked. It seemed to be working perfectly well earlier. Dessert - no menu offered.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night and they were pretty busy but were so good at serving our table of 6. One thing was missing from our order but the server got it fast tracked and had to remember a lot of orders. Great food! Pork belly bites were amazing! We went over to the bar so that they could clean up but they didn't rush us at all. Lovely atmosphere and the playlist kept us there until close :) wonderful team at The Borough!

We held a team function on a cold, wet day but the outdoor area was covered and had super-powered heaters to keep us dry and warm. The music came through nice and clearly so overall was an awesome atmosphere for our team function regardless of the gloomy weather. They able to accommodate our team of 20+ at short notice and made it easy as they read the orders off the pre-order spreadsheet we provided them. Everyone enjoyed their food, the wait time was short and the staff were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend for any occasion.
