Absolutely love going into the store. The male British manager is so friendly and helpful always happy walking out there with my purchases. He needs a pay rise!
Very happy with the service, prices, and furniture style. Bought a dining set and a mattress. Service outstanding. Very happy with both products. The table chairs were slightly damaged when arrived due to strapping cutting into them but nothing everyday wear and tear would do anyway.
Not bad service, but the reclining sofa set had quality issues. Bought it mid 2018 and within 6 months it broke. The plastic mechanism which release the foot support and allows for the chair to recline is of real bad quality. I had to replace all of mine on a number of occasions, sometimes had to wait for stock. Maybe 6 or 7 pieces in total. At the moment none of them are working. I have given up. I won't buy any reclining chair from this company. Design flaw.... Should be metal.
We purchased a 3 piece lounge suite pre-lockdown. Within days of owning this it started to fall apart. The center tray collapsed, the back of the center piece broke and is unsafe for children. There are four recliners one by one they started to sag, one has now caused damage to our timber floor. We contacted furniture zone when the first issues occurred and the sofa doctor instructed to inspect. Upon inspection it was deemed our lounge suite was beyond repair and we would get a full refund. Three months plus later and we are no closer to having this resolved, we have contacted the new store manager on multiple occasions with assurances of a resolution...still nothing. The staff were polite and friendly and we are aware this is a wider issue. Please be aware if issues arise they will not be dealt with swiftly and likely not dealt with at all. Hugely disappointed!!
