Worst service, often wander in and never ever acknowledged. Wasn’t even acknowledged when I went to try on something in the fitting room, worst part was no one else was in the shop and the girl at the till just continued working away. Your staff need serious customer service training!
Just in store and the female working did not acknowledge we were in there at all. Won’t be coming back cheers for the awesome non service

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Served by a lovely young lady called Emma. She was so positive, friendly, professional and well presented What an asset to Pagani. It's so lovely in this day and age to find good old fashioned customer service. I was visiting from another town and very impressed. Great store, good selection of stock and nice staff KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
AMAZING! the women that work here are literally THE BEST and make shopping so much less stressful when kids are involved. She attended to the kids and my needs. Helped with a whole outfit and jewellery and even chatted with the kids while they were helping to choose for me! I let her know what the outfit was for and when she realised she had already sold the same outfit to someone going to the same event, she let me know! Honestly, Pagani is one of my favourite stores to shop and to get clothes!! Around 4pm 18th May is when I shopped
Went in here to help my mother get a dress for my brother's wedding and the lady behind the counter was so amazing and helpful.
I am in literal love with this store what amazing collection PAGANI has its Ultimate and with crazy prices too and they gave me a discount because the dress was for a special occasion ❤️ #mustvisitstore
The store manager is a very rude and discourteous woman! If you want any kind of customer service, she will twist things back and blame them on you. I took back a top with faulty fabric and she told me I had damaged it by melting the top. Who on earth would do that!! Melt a top, that even sounds weird. Never go here please!!
wow best customer service i have ever had in a store these ladies are amazing at there job was made to feel very welcome and the time and effort i got spent on me was awesome will be shopping there a lot more :)
