   Had initial splash back installed in May 2023. One area of glass cracked and was replaced, again it cracked and was replaced. I've removed the suspected issue for the cracked being a plug and have been chasing for months to have it replaced. The previous 2 times the glass was meant to have been installed I've been told that they have broken it. The glass was booked in for yesterday and no one showed. No notice or reply to messages. This has been an on going battle for the past 19 months. I've had countless excuses, no shows and last minute cancellations. It's been an absolute nightmare. Would have never used this company had I known it would take 19 months to get my splash back finished. Hoping to avoid getting lawyers involved it's that bad.

   Paid their account twice in error and have been trying to get the over-payment back since it was discovered in April. Multiple emails, phone calls and even an in-person visit. Nothing! These people are dishonest and have no conscience or qualms about keeping money that doesn't belong to them. The one star rating is given in protest because that appears to be the only way this can be posted.

   Went there to get a piece of glass cut. Workshop wasn't open at specified hours. Waited around half an hour, no one arrived to work. Called the phone a few times no answer. Left a message, and three days later still no call back. Waste of time. Got my piece of glass cut at Glass and Glazing on West Street within 15 mins while I waited. Good result in the end but not from alert.

   Great service received, we needed a window replaced urgently, and from the start of the phone call there was a clear plan to get it done and the house secured. Very grateful for the service and prompt response to my call, especially since no other glazier would come and repair tonight, they only wanted to patch and come back!! Thanks!!

   There is no co-ordination between the staff and the owner. Staff commits to the customer but owner says staff have no authority to commit. They are just making fool of the customer. If staff have no authority, then they better call owner before committing anything to the customer. They will simply send you bill and if you disapprove, they will scare you that they will take legal action. Who has time for all this, so you end up paying them. Have not seen anyone treating customers in this way. Wont recommend. They can anytime change their wordings. So dont trust them. Here is a Response to the owner comment below- Yes i was happy with the outcome, I wont lie. But looks like owner has started lying now that I wanted some discount. Please go back and check with your staff and then reply what was committed if you are still not clear.

   The person that came to measure and quote was great! Confirmed we were happy with the quote getting the staff around to install was extremely hard, called 20 minutes before they were due onsite to install to advise they couldn't make it that day and I had to call the office to reschedule the install. Made two trips to our house and still didn't install the shower door as per the conversation I had with the person who quoted the job. Extremely hard to deal with overall and I would never use this company again
