Itβs unbelievable I am not able to use my gift card in babycity because they claim that shop changed ownership and my gift card is now invalid. Huge disappointment.
DO NOT BY ANY MEANS GO TO THIS STORE! my partner went there to get a stroller and wanted to finance WHICH IT STATES CAN BE DONE ONLINE AND INSTORE! She was degraded, belittled and made to feel like a failing parent. Absolutely fuming and disgusted by the arogance and management of this store. We will never be going back again.
The staff in this store are delightful. Always so friendly and knowledgeable. Will spend time talking you through products and wanting you to find the right fit for you. Today I called with an enquiry and the staff member on the phone could not have been more generous with her advice and time, on a Saturday where the store was likely busy. We have bought a baby carrier, and nursing chair, as well as small items and been very happy with everything. Throughly recommend this store and people!
Lorraine is an absolute legend. We were purchasing our first capsule. She explained it in great detail, features, safety considerations and demonstrated fit. The reason to go to stores vs shopping online!

Lovely staff, especially Sheryl! So helpful and very accommodating. When my "baby brain" made a few wrong decisions they let me exchange the items. Totally recommend.
What awesome staff. We went in looking for a few things and our 5 week old son started to get upset. A staff member came over and politely informed us that if we didn't know it they had a babies room in the shop and we were most welcome to use it. Great idea and fantastic staff
