I actually just popped in to see if Chris could quickly check an issue I was having with one of my toenails. As one of his work colleagues, I expected a quick little "glance", but was pleasantly surprised when it turned into a proper appointment! Chris treated me like any other patient, with friendliness, professionalism, and adherence to health & safety protocols. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explained possible causes, and offered me treatment options along with a follow-up appointment. I was genuinely impressed with his approach. It was a great consultation. Exam was straightforward and Chris explained everything clearly along the way. Also, Chris fitted me in later in the day without notice when I had bought my new shoes for him to measure.
