   Amazingly swift and helpful response to an urgent warranty claim. Complicated situation involving a Te Araroa trail walker but Anna is unfazed and making everything work, we are very grateful. Exceptional service! Staff are extremely well informed about the shoes they sell and can give excellent advice. We had a similarly excellent experience with a staff member in the New Plymouth shop we visited in person last year, who very quickly assessed my partner's gait and wear pattern and redirected him to a different brand of shoe.

   I went to get some expert advice on running shoes as i am planning to run my first full Marathon (Queenstown), bought Saucony Tempus 2 and started training. I got blister on my pinky toe and wasn't sure if this shoe was right fit for me. After having used for couple of week, i went back to show them how it performed, the gentleman over the counter was super helpful and super knowledgeable and advise me another shoe Saucony Guide 18 which suited for my toe. They exchanged me new shoes with no issues at all, I am very pleasantly surprised by their great service. Since then, i have already recommended them to few of my mates. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for some good and professional advice on running shoes and associated accessories.
