   I am a first time shopper with Frames Footwear. I was after a pair of Bresley shoes and they had what I wanted. I sent off a request at 10am, and was kept informed all the way. The courier collected the shoes around 4pm and I received them by 3.30pm the following day and I live North of Auckland. So from Dunedin to the North of Auckland in one day is absolutely fantastic. I received a lovely hand-written note from Tom. There was a wee issue with the shoes (they squeaked) so I sent an email to Tom, which he answered straight away and sent me up a pottle of beeswax (which once again was received within 24 hours). This has fixed the squeaking. I can't thank you enough for the good old fashioned wonderful service. So much appreciated, and I will be shopping with you again. :)

   I ordered a pair of Hush Puppies boots from Frames a couple weeks ago and they arrived extremely quickly and were packaged well. Admittedly I bought them on sale, but were a lot more affordable compared to my local stores! Happy to support Frames and will certainly consider shopping from them again in the future :)

I mistakenly ordered a wrong size, which by the way got to me in Mt Roskill in just 4 days, and I sent it back to them for replacement which all in all took only 4 days as well.    Amazing experience! The staff here are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. They also have a good range of shoes, covering different styles and needs, so it’s easy to find something that fits both comfort and personal style. I ended up with a pair of Hoka Bondi 9s, and the staff made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality shoes and a team that genuinely helps you out. I’ll be coming back in the future!
