Their labour pricing is a rip off. $30 to put a chain on? FYI for the casual rider that doesnβt normally do that sort of work on their bike. Putting a chain on is something that takes a person literally 2 minutes with the right tool, which you can pick up for $20. I like the people there but have lost faith in any maintenance work. Go to a smaller local bike store.

Micheal k is a very warm and customer service oriented person. After looking at bikes for the first time he recommended a bike that would suit me well for the price and ride. Because I'm going on a trip soon, I didn't buy it directly on the day. During the period, he also enthusiastically sent an email to ask me about the situation of the bicycle, worried that I was not satisfied. The second time was more than a month later. The bicycle I ordered before going there was sold. He also called me and told me not to worry. He went back to another store to pick it up after get off work that day, and I could get the bicycle the next day. After I arrived at the store, he was still worried that I could not understand what he said on the phone, so he specially used the software to translate it into Chinese for me. Later, I changed my mind and changed to another bicycle, and he also served me very responsibly. ......Itβs really great. Fortunately, I also insisted on going to the store where he works to find him to buy the first bicycle in Auckland. Happy riding~~

Absolutely amazing staff! Joshua was extremely helpful and nice. I called before I arrived and my bicycles were ready to go. He helped out with a gst issue and helped me load the bikes into the car. Bikes are awesome, staff very friendly and they have a huge showroom. Biggest I have ever seen. Huge selection of bikes and parts and everyone was very knowledgeable. Great store with a good selection and reasonably low prices. The team member Micheal K. was very friendly and helpful. He immediately found an approach to the children, picked up the correct size of the bike, explained everything carefully. We really liked the service and atmosphere of the store.
