   Just received my Furmoo slippers. They are everything that you would expect and more! So comfy and warm and the colours are gorgeous . They did take 21 days to arrive but as they are custom made they are well worth the wait. Thanks Furmoo, I will be wearing them with pride and will recommend them to others.

   I've placed my final order with Furmoo. I think it's my 3rd or 4th order, either way, definitely disappointed. The products themselves are amazing but it seems a lot of admin is missing. In my last order, I requested a bag without tassels, confirmed that would happen and the bag arrived with tassels, with a standard strap, unlike the picture on the website. No biggee, fell in love with the bag anyway so I kept it. This time I've waited patiently 21 working days to find out the product I purchased actually isn't made by Furmoo themselves. I don't know if the bag is made in NZ or where its coming from but I feel misled. So FYI: Products on the Furmoo website might not actually be made by Furmoo/nor in NZ?? . Your order may take more than 21 working days. You also may not get what you requested /paid for/saw on the website.

   I bought my first Furmoo a few months ago very similar to the Shelly Tote it was in bag of the week and absolutely love it and get so many comments on it. Then got my second one The Carrime Tote which fits my laptop perfectly and now saving for my third. So excited building my herd!!
