   After multiple visits to other hearing "experts" with little to gain from it an enquiry at the Chch branch was met with immediate help and understanding after 4x years of frustration! I was staggered to get an immediate on the spot quick ability to communicate with others! Hard to believe as I had desperately come to believe impossible! Like a miracle!! Cannot thank them enough!!    When recently needing replacement hearing aids, I changed my supplier to Hear Again in Hornby and can only say the change was an exceptional experience.Right from the warm welcome from very friendly and helpful front office staff to the very professional and caring attention from Neil who made a very detailed investigation to fully understand my hearing issues and then find the best way to resolve them. Surprisingly he even found a way to give me a measure of directional hearing (which I have not had as have only one ear that can hear) and can now say that I have better hearing in all situations than I have ever had for many years. Their service after fitment is also outstanding as proved recently with an issue that occurred whilst overseas (thank you Steve). I can highly recommend Hear Again without reservation for the outstanding personal service given-something rarely found.

   I am so happy with my new hearing aids! For many years, I could not hear clearly what people said to me unless they spoke loudly, but now I can hear even whispers. I regret not having seen Neil earlier. Neil is a brilliant audiologist. He is very patient with me, gives me his full attention, and always has a solution for any issue. I have 100% trust in his professionalism. The reception staff are also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Bao

   I really appreciate the professional and timely service provided by this clinic. Every time I have needed they have been able to schedule me in at very short notice for an appointment without waiting weeks. I finally gave in and after reading the reviews for Hear Again, I decided to book an appointment. Neil is such a gentle and kind professional, he explained each step and gave clear instructions. The ear cleaning process was very quick and satisfying to see what was removed. I will recommend to my friends and family!
