We have unfortunately had to put a dog down there and they were super caring, talked through my options and helped make the awful process as kind and humane as possible - all the while I kept blubbering. They have seen our animals on very short notice when we thought they were in pain and even rung us to move appointments up when they thought the issue should be addressed sooner.
