Had my hair done at Vivo Westgate with Ryan and the result was amazing! My hair had years of stubborn red box dye, and Ryan did a perfect job removing all of it. The dark caramel balayage with soft highlights on top came out exactly as I wanted. Ryan really understood what I was after and delivered beautifully. Highly recommend!
Easily the worst of all the Vivo Salons out there. I had done my first hair colouring at a different Vivo and it turned out beautiful however my dumb self expected similar results from here. I have medium- coarse jet black Indian hair-on which I got (or tried should I say)balayage. The results were painstakingly horrible since I looked like a bleached hen. There was hardly any brown. My hair turned brassy and unmanageable.That shifted my concern from the wrong colour tone to hair health. I tried to get a Keratin treatment (definitely from a different salon) and they literally asked me to grow my hair out and chop the colour treated portion since the damage done was huge and irreversible. Then got myself a hair Botox which saved my hair. (To a great extent) Now My head looks like bleaching gone wrong on smooth hair and I’m probably going to grow my hair out and chop off the treated portion and forget about this entirely. Had no thoughts of putting a review but I literally don’t want anyone else to go through this. Also, for those asking for pictures- my mental state was or still ain’t strong enough to photograph my pathetic salon choice. Anyways- NO Thankyou Vivo, Westgate.

What an awful experience mine was a huge waste of time the hairdressers made me feel embarrassed and also relieved that I haven’t had my hair done here. My Mum went here a couple weeks ago had full head foils and what’s an absolute mess her hair is all different colours the re growth is grown right through her hair leaving tinges of orange. Looks shocking considering she had it done couple of weeks ago. Box dye worked better and last longer than this. We will both not be having any services done at Vivian Westgate again
Easily the worst experience I have had at a hairdresser. I showed some pictures of what I was after and there was very little discussion after that. I told the stylist I didn't want to go darker than my current colour but just ashy toned. The stylist coloured my hair way too dark, it practically looks black. I have since been experiencing redness and pain to my scalp so I am thinking the colour was left on too long. The haircut was dreadful, the stylist cut way to much off my hair when cutting my fringe (even though I already had a fringe so all she really needed to do was trim?). When my hair is out my fringe overlaps my longer hair so it looks like I have half a bowl cut, this is after I had to ask her to come back to me to fix it up and blend it which she tried to do but failed and by that point of was afraid she would ruin it even more so I decided to just pay and leave. I am now having to go to another vivo to have this rectified.
