   Tell your exhaust guy to drop the attitude. Big boss quoted me $100-150 for a rear muffler cut and weld job, spoke to the exhaust guy about 45 minutes later and he’s got an attitude talking about “how longs the string” when I asked for an estimate price to double check if it matched what the boss said. Drop the attitude or fire the bloke not gonna get anywhere in life with cheeky unnecessary remarks when providing a service to an almost guaranteed customer.

   Fixed, overpriced services. I took my car in for an oil and filter change and 25 point service. They increased the price an extra $100 just because I have a hybrid. I was charged the full amount for 4.5L of oil even though they only used 3.5L of oil. Also, I was not given any notes for each check completed on my car. I mentioned this to them but they said the prices are set so they aren't able to change it depending on what's used. Also, they said they only write down if there is a problem with the vehicle but do not give a detailed report on each check completed during a service. Overall, disappointed in this experience and will not be going back.

   The team at Pitstop Westgate have proven to be extremely professional and helpful over the years with my cars. The attitude is great, with no job too big or too small including the occasional custom bit of work. Most recently really loving the muffler modification which has given new life to my 911 and at a very reasonable price. Used to go all the way out from Massey to Pukekohe for a famous high performance workshop there, if only I had realised sooner there is a highly competent team near by! Recommend for your auto servicing/repair needs.
