   My teenage daughter had her second ear pierced two weeks ago with Natasha. Highly recommended Shane Johnston Piercing clean tidy. Good range. Natasha was lovely from the moment we walked in. Explained everything well. Was comforting during the piercing and after. My daughter has cleaned them right everyday as explained had no problems with them. So happy. The care taken.

   I’ve been coming to Shane Johnston Piercing since 2021 and have gotten all of my piercings here (lobes, belly, septum, eyebrow, nose, industrial, helix, tongue) I’ve never had a single issue! I got my tongue pierced on Monday this week, and once again, it was an amazing experience. Lauren and the other lovely staff member (I didn’t catch her name) made me feel so comfortable. They walked me through every step, calmed my nerves, and were just so kind and reassuring. I’m now on day 4 of the healing process and everything has been perfect—no swelling, no bruising, no white coating, and I’m able to talk and eat normally. I couldn’t be happier. Shane Johnston Piercing consistently provides the best service, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   I was a follower on social media for a very long time, before I finally made the decision to pop in. I had no idea what I was getting into. But wow, I'm so impressed with the level of care and customer service I received from Shane and his staff. The staff were so informative and helpful regarding everything. I felt comfortable and all the steps were explained as we went through. We also worked together to pick the right jewelry pieces which was almost a feat as everything is so beautiful. I don't know how, I hesitated for so long! Don't wait, make that appointment today. You won't regret it! I absolutely love my triple forward helix!    I had Lauren pierce my helix. She was amazing I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She took the time to discuss any questions I had, mark the piercing spot, and she was not rushy at all. 10/10 for her! However the reason why this review is 4 stars is because the receptionist wasn’t too friendly or helpful with choosing the earring whereas the other receptionist with colourful hair was very helpful in explaining the type of piercings they had such as threaded vs non-threaded. The prices are quite misleading. I had to pay $50 for the service, but $150 for a simple gold hoop. In total it was $200! I suppose you pay for what you get.
