solid fellas. reception gives you options on what u want to pay so if u want to fix one issue and fix another issue later its possible. really flexible. these guys been looking after my pos audi for a year now and never disappoint.
The people at Midas are always friendly and arranging. Been here a few times now and they always do a thorough job for a fair price. Highly recommend :)
Been going to Henderson for a number of years for WOF and servicing etc as they are MTA, ‘expert service’ their sign says, and have SuperGold discount. However I don’t anymore for following reasons: Rear bumper got scraped and they paid for a cheap panel repair as I can still see it. Quite often their courtesy cars were low almost nil in petrol from previous users. And this. When I got my car serviced at Pitt Stop, they advised the air filter was black and hadn’t been cleaned/changed for years. They showed me it. I wondered why my pride and joy was acting up. It runs much better now. So I hope things have improved for other customers.
My experience was: Phoned Midas for a service / investigate ABS & Traction control fault lights. Dropped off on Tuesday reception lady asked who was I ? told me to park my car and fill out the paper work. No phone call on Tuesday needed to chase up at 4:15pm oh who are you aren't you picking it up tomorrow ? Wednesday morning arrived at 07:30 receptionist rushed around for 20 minutes and said to me we don't open till 08:00. advised service is done and a fault scan might be the speed sensors need further investigation given a rough price on repairs. drove the car home no service sticker on windscreen. Im not saying its a bad business maybe I called at a bad time it felt very disorganized under staffed and under managed. I feel I was reasonable I was happy to leave the car there till Saturday as I have a company vehicle. What could of changed the experience ? ultimately communication why not say hey we are happy to help you we are a bit booked up at the moment the best day to bring the car in would be say Monday next week. I felt uncared for and I felt like an inconvenience. Midas?.... Might as well go some where else that's how I feel. Phoned my car dealer oh Joe hey mate how's it going yes the commodore when do you want to bring it in we will have a look at it and let you know your options normally on those vehicles its ether one of 3 things. Totally different experience confidence customer focused, personalized experience.
Second visit to this shop. Team has been very helpful and always communicates promptly. Lucky to have a good car shop walking distance from our home.
Have been using Midas Henderson for years now, very good service. I know they are honest with their work, and I always get my car issues solved, from simple WOF's to more complex problems they either help me and fix the problem or they call me to make a decision BEFORE doing anything, I really appreciate their approach. Highly recommend!
I have used Midas Henderson 3 times now and these guys are great, they fixed the issue with my car very quickly and gave me a lift to and from my house while the car was getting repairs. Ladies, this repair shop is trustworthy. I will be using them for all car repairs moving forward.

Mike from Midas, Henderson was absolutly FANTASTIC. Great communication and so friendly. I had to take my car in very last minute with no appointment and he sorted out a courtesy car for me to use over the weekend - nothing was too much trouble.I have not seen customer service like that in a long time.Awesome work Midas, Henderson!!
