   Had a haircut and beard trim I was very happy with. Meredith was excellent. Helpful sign-up service where you can keep your place in the queue but go off to get a coffee / shop while you wait. I'm from the UK so it's unlikely I will ever visit again but if I am in Milford in the future and need a haircut, I will go here!

   Jess was awesome! The haircut was perfect and just how I wanted plus really great conversation the whole time and explaining why some products are better than others for me and my hair type. Really enjoyed it and will keep coming back :)

   Couldn’t even use their service. It’s always been walk in so I walked in. I got ignored by the two staff who were cutting hair. I sat and waited and another person arrived and the wait list app was discussed with him. I still had no communication let alone mention of a new app booking system. After they both finished and had a moan cleaning up about it being so busy on a Sunday, the other guy got called over. Then I got asked if I was George- someone on the app wait list. I said no, I just walked in for a beard trim. I was then told to put my name on the wait list and I could go after George who wasn’t even there. Thoughtless, rude, unprofessional and unfriendly if I’m trying to be PC. My hope is you get plenty of quiet days in there- keep offering that level of service and it will happen for sure. Rest assured I won’t be coming back!

   Great cut, awesome service. Will endeavor to come back next time. Got to watch when you come though, these guys are popular! I was there at opening on a Saturday and first on the chair... there were about 5 waiting in queue by the time my cut was done. You get this when your haircuts are good!
